Delivery charges depend on your location and the size/weight of the product. Exact charges will be shown at checkout. For large appliances, delivery costs may vary.
Our standard delivery time is 5-7 working days within Pakistan. For special orders or remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email, which you can use to check real-time delivery status.
Orders delivered within Pakistan do not include customs fees. If shipping outside Pakistan, customs or import charges depend on your country’s regulations and must be paid by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

International returns depend on product type and condition. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the allowed return period. Shipping costs may apply.

Customs and import fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was delivered damaged, faulty, or wrong. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
